Get prayer to 70+ to bless graves, and get 85+ on atk str and def. 90+ range i think for armadyl and/or saradomin. I'm not a GWD expert, so you could search for some guides. The only ones you can access are Zamorak and Armadyl in the first place, so you'll want 70 agility for Saradomin and at minimum 70 strength for Bandos. All in all, no.
