Aidos Drakon
I have never had Dust Devils before. What style and setup should I use? I plan on using the chaos tunnels. Stats: Atk-78 Str-78 Def-82 Hit-81 Range-75 Pray-60 Mage-73 Thanks! ;) People who ask our advice almost never take it. Yet we should never refuse to give it, upon request, for it often helps us to see our own way more clearly.--Brendan Francis
Aidos Drakon
Also would using lobsters allow me to stay a reasonably long time? People who ask our advice almost never take it. GibberEsh
Just regular melee gear and facemask of course (well if you have a slayer helm, then use it!). B2P can let you stay there for eternity but if you don't have that, regular food like monkfish do fine. Can't really tell you how long a load of lobsters is gonna help you since I've only used b2p but chaos tunnels are close to edgeville.
Bladewing
Lobsters will be fine for Dust Devil slayer tasks. You might not get all the way through a task just on what you bring, but if you're lucky with kebab drops (heal 19), you might be able to finish a task. Monkfish are a good idea, since they heal more and are cheaper? than lobsters. How to Chin Nechyraels for fast XP and profit
Aidos Drakon
Sweet! \ This is my 20th task in a row so I didn't want to skip it. People who ask our advice almost never take it. Thanks to all those who have messaged me concerning a revamp of my Range-Slayer guide. Because of you all I will start rewriting it asap.[/color] Formerly RobinHoodie. Bladewing
^^ I haven't bought either in a while so I'm not familiar. Glad someone knows though :D How to Chin Nechyraels for fast XP and profit
Deathmath
You'll be fine. Basically best melee gear. Use your slayer setup+facemask (preferably slayer helm). Thoroughly retired, may still write now and again
RyderJ
Ahhh, consider yourself lucky. Dusties are one of the best, if not the best, slayer assignments to get. Especially if you have the Slayer Helm. Wear strong melee armor, bring an inventory of fair food (lobsters are great), and buy some Bones to Peaches tablets if you haven't unlocked it yet, as these will allow you to stay as long as you need to. Also bring some alching runes, because they drop a lot of Red Dhide Vams and such.
