June 14, 200818 yr Well, ive been playing runescape for 4 years, and somehow i got keylogged ( I have no clue how ) and somehow someone knows a bit of my account info :o . He can recover my account even if i have recovers set, hows it possible ??? Is there a way i could protect my account ? Please help. I've spent 4 years of my life on that account, dont want to lose it. Thanks, pseudoo.

June 14, 200818 yr Author Virus scan your computer, then try changing your recovery questions. I did remove keylogger by formatting my hard disk. And i have set new recovers, he still could recover my account.

June 14, 200818 yr I'm quite confused. Try scanning again, and only change your recoveries and password after the virus is gone and you're sure of this. You keep referring to the person as if you know him, do you? And if so, could they have seen you put them in or something? catch it now so you can like it before it went so mainstream

Well, i'll scan again, and no i dont know him he's not even from my country as i can see from last loged ip. Thanks for all the fast replies guys anyway.
