June 16, 200818 yr Experiments and Rock crabs are crowded, but it works... If you have prayer, Gorillas are decent with 15% attack/str prayers. Can't think of anywhere a pure can train... [Summoning guide (AOW)] [Slayer guide] [Melee & Brawl player]
June 16, 200818 yr I like killing dagganoths (sp?) They're very quick to kill, don't require a whole lot of food, and drop a decent amount of herb seeds such as snapdragon. Also level 2 clues.

The fact that he only wants to train attack and str and the fact that he said he has a pure in his locations points that he is most likely 1 defence. June 16, 200818 yr Experiments, Yaks (after Freminnik Isles quest, or at least start it I think), or, slightly lower exp but with less clicking, go to the place near Bedabin Camp, in the desert, with a Sara or Zammy item, and the bandits there will attack you. It's lazy training, but it does the job. Also with that method, you'd take 'x' amount of noted food, 100k or so in cash, sell the food to the general store, then buy it back unnoted. Other than that, you can try dagannoths, DT skeles (wear a salve amulet), or the temple on Ape Atoll. But my best advice would be : do slayer. It's more interesting and, while slower, with a black mask/slayer helm you'll hit harder, while gaining exp in slayer and potentially great drops.
