If you don't know those or the password, there is no way to possibly prove that was ever your account. I could just say that I had one of my old friend's accounts from 6 years ago but don't know anything except for their name from my friend's list if things worked that way...

Just make a new account, if you didn't even get off of tutorial island, you didn't lose much.

Tell them you didn't set questions, and ask them to check the IP address, worked with me. 8-)

it works. I quit for three years and got my acount back 7 days ago. However I gave all my items away when I last quit (cant do that anymore) so I just bought full rune and a d long.
