I got one in the Ancient Cavern, and I couldn't find it on the item database.. EDIT: I found out it is used.. There are 3 ways that I am aware of: Mithril Dragon drops, Chewed Bones, Mangled Bones. G.E. and player trading are obviously also valid ways to obtain a D Large, but those aren't spawned. However with the bones them selves being a reasonably rare drop the mith drags they are hard to come by. However If you had a chewed bone for every drag you would/should, luck depending.
