i was wondering what is the best way to get my range lvl up, money is no issue so i dont mind losing arrows

Rune Full Helm + Green d'Hide Chaps, Body and Vembraces + Maple Shortbow + Cape + Leather Boots + Power Amulet + some Arrows (Steel or Mith - depends on your budget)

At def 80, wear full dhide, rune full helm, power ammy, bronze arrows. effective 25k xp per hour. dont get higher lvl arrows, cost comparison makes it unfeasable.

You don't, don't tank spiders or fleshies, they're bad xp.

 

The best xp you can get is ice giants in an empty world (try german ones). There aren't as many safe spots so you'll need full green d hide and a rune full helm. Find them either in level 48 wilderness or in the ice caves. They are hard to trap so 80+ defence prefered. These can be up to 45k xp and hour.

 

 

 

Ankous on the fourth level of the stonghold of security in the north eastern room are also good xp. They're harder to trap them when they're agressive so start with a rune full helm and switch to a coif.

 

 

 

Lessers are my favorite. There are plenty of spots In Karamja Valcano and on Crandor island. They can be a bit crowded at some times but just try a german world. They have good drops and are very easy to trap. I the southern most spot in Karamja Valcano, There are 6 spawns and dozens of safespots, I got 99 range in ftp here.

 

 

 

Moss giants are the same as ice giants but you should go with a coif instead. The ones on Crandor island are the best but may be crowded. Good if you can find an empty world. This spot also contains 3 adamant ore which is why they are so crowded.

 

 

 

Expect 25k xp - 45k xp and hour using these method.

Amulet of power > Amulet of acuracy

 

Green d'hide body

 

Green d'hide legs

 

Leather boots > Colorful/Fighting boots

 

Cape

 

Maple short bow

Best arrows you can afford

 

 

 

I don't recomend the green d'hide coif because a 2 range bonus for 5 hours just isn't worth the time in FOG, only use it if you have tokens to waste.
