Hmm I had it for a while, and even with 90 ranged, 103 with pot, I couldn't hit decent. Not even on other pures... Also it's very slow therefor not good for training. And the dragon arrows are way too expensive.

yeah a dark bow is pretty pointless its really made for range pures but if u got ur range up to around 95 u could bh without much trouble even in the high lvl crater

it's not good because it is soooo slow it's speacil is good with dragon arrows thou but if you dont want to use drag ones use mith +

 

really it's a sorta rubbish weapon in my opinion crystal bow ftw

I am training range and am seeing low hit point .... I am used to melee with bgs and used to get 57 hit point the highest and mostly over 30`s.......this seems not possible with range right ? So is the crystal bow than any good ?

I was using rune cbow with emerald (e) bolts...but I dont seem to hit high enough.... was thinking with darkbow I could easily exceed the expectations but was dissapointed with the slowliness and expensive dragon arrows....I did not try the crystal bow yet so cannot comment....

 

 

 

I will most probably return to melee...but the problem with melee is that I am used with the godsword....and I dont have it anymore :(

You can. Just not with a Dark Bow. Grab a Rune Crossbow, mithril bolts, and start ranging Green Dragons... Great money there.

I can normally 2 hit people my level, dark bow spec with d arrows then a d stone bolt and they are normally dead...

 

 

 

but for anything else.. dark bow is bad
