ryzogalo
Congrats, genius! You win three million dollars! I even said I never played it in my own quote! Here, I'll bold/italicize it for you! In other related news, that was kinda funny that you didn't see that... To quote you: So, why even talk if you haven't the slightest clue what you're talking about? Adhere to your beliefs, please. For the sake of those of us with an IQ *higher* than Celsius room temperature. You complete and utter knob.
karlpetter
when i started there wasnt even a tutorial island, you could only choose if you wanted to become warrior, ranger, adventurer, miner, etc etc. i chose warrior \ i really liked the feeling of not really knowing where you were, it felt like runescape was much much bigger. Lightshayde
Of course newbs have it easy, although the GE does make it easier for more experienced players too. When I started in 2006, my friend helped me a lot. So I guess I was lucky in that respect. I remember when I first started killing a man lv-2, I started dying and ran away. Another player maged the man lv-2, and I was forever devoted to that guy. I never went to a bank in the first month of play, besides the one on Tutorial Island. I thought that Draynor and Varrock was too far away, so as a result, after 2-3 years, I'm still lv 50 on my main and lv 29 on my other main, with modest stats at best. Newbs these days, they have all that stuff - I remember when there was no shortcut in the Lumbridge Graveyard and you had to walk around the fence - and they still complain more than I ever did. Fairness
Lumbridge Home Port was great for me when I got stuck in a cliff after the graphics update. Other than that, I agree. This game is too easy anyways. You're being watched.
Noob_Sammich
When I started out, there was a screen to decide how your character looked, you decided if you wanted to be a ranger, mage, warrior or monk, and then you pressed a red button, and you spawned next to a signpost in Lumbridge - no tutorial island, no tutors, nothing. You had it good. Well why couldnt they have released it earlier when i got lost in my newb days. They didn't think of it then. Sorry people's minds aren't as adequite as you'd like them to be. It just goes to show that, though there's an age requirement, there's no IQ requirement to play RS.Wait, my friend said he got a keylogger and lyke he coudln't type, so I assumed it messed up his hands? foodmanfood1
When I started, we had like nothing, and it was kind of cool because you had to like try and survive everywhere you went  , but yes, the newer players do have it way easier than is was before, probably because Jagex would most likley want to make a user friendly game so people would not get lost in the first five minutes, so that they could get more people wanting to become members and then getting themselves money. I don't like fun, it upsets me.-- Marilyn Manson
