Its possible to MAKE money crafting.. Depending on what you do.. If you make battlestaves, spin flax (Oh boy!) you can make money to 99.. He could have bought Green (or other) D'Hide, turned it into leather himself, crafted bodys, and alched himself?

 

 

 

It's possible to do anything to 99, so long as you get XP. Don't rule out everything else just to think of the fastest way possible..

Thank you for that, but to actually answer his question, No I don't think its possible, i know at 40mil it is though.

I'm pretty sure if you make ruby bracelets and alch them yourself, you lose a lot less than 40mil.

As of July 1st, the supplies will cost a total of 1,544gp if bought at medium price. (Gold bar 183gp, ruby 1099gp, nature rune 261gp)

 

The alching price of a ruby bracelet is 1,395gp.

 

Altogether, the cost of supplies as of July 1st, would be 237,329,784gp.

 

The return from alching all of the ruby bracelets is 214,426,845gp

 

All in all, 237,329,784-214,426,845=22,902,939gp loss[/hide]

 

 

 

So yes, there is way of getting 99 crafting of less than 30mil, but this way is a lot slower than the traditional green dragonhide method.

 

However, you get a nice 9,991,215 mage exp, and so from level 84 mage and onwards, you will also get 99 mage with this methods, killing two birds with one stone :thumbsup:

You make a profit on unstrung symbols - that's what i do, just use them in junk trade or something similar when you want to get rid of them.

i was looking at this and i wondered how much money would you lose if u smelted the gold bars yourself and how much smithing xp would you gain if anybody would wana do that math :ohnoes:

Buy as many uncut diamonds as you can afford, cut them for massive crafting XP

 

 

 

To make your money back, buy other supplies and craft into diamond bolts... enchant them (very fast magic xp) and sell for profit

Unstrung jewellery isn't junk, it's used for the string-amulet spell which is 130k magic xp/hour
