kdog2fast Posted July 3, 2008 Share Posted July 3, 2008 You can do Mithril dragons by ranging on em with diamond(e) bolts. They cut through the heavy defence of Mithril Dragons though maging is more effective here but can get costly. I have heard ancients is most effective here but as I said before expensive... also you might want to try using veracs (not dh) on the dragons with anti dragon fires and keep a anti-dragonsheild in ur inventroy. The fastest way to last longer is by using "super potions" depending on the style you choose and sara brews/ super restore method. This task can get tough so if you feel too pressured you might want to switch to a lower master for an alternate task. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

wioneo Posted July 3, 2008 Share Posted July 3, 2008 Maybe I just have horrible luck, or maybe these guys have considerably higher levels, but range is b far the best way to kill Mith dragons(or maybe melee with a black mask). I got a void mace to use claws at mith drags and was disgusted...they have very strong magic defense and it was taking ages to kill each dragon. I'm going to try it out again the next tim that I get a mith task, but I seriously doubt that there will be a difference. If you don't mind burning through food a bit more quickly, take the same setup as you would for steels/irons. If you want to save potions, swap in karils for proselyte. You might want to get the dragon slayer gloves from F.O.G. for a power boost, too.
