July 6, 200818 yr He can't really kill any of those effectively with 1 def. I did 20-65 strength on my pure, then I went to Flesh Crawlers, I think they would be decent are your level, though. Bring a strength potion, full iron, power/str ammy, and an inv of salmon/trout. Kill them on the 2nd floor of SoS. In the most south eastern room. There's like 5 or 6 in there and you can look on forums/watch videos/watch tv while you kill them. Just look back every 40 seconds to eat/pot.
