Because you are already 79 cooking, you will not burn lobbies anymore, so maybe try cooking lobsters to lvl 86 cooking, where you can start cooking swordfish.

I recomend 86 to start cooking swordfish, as this is the level you will stop burning w/o guantlets, but you can start cooking them before 86 and burn a few as they are more cost effective then lobbies.

If money is an issue, you could try cooking trout. It may not be the fastest way, but you only lose 1gp per trout at todays gp prices, so from your current level you will lose about 160k to 99.

Just do salmon or trout if money is a problem for you

Come to #tip-it on Swift IRC, if you're cool

Cooking salmon will make you lose around 380k, but you have to cook 40k less fish then trout, so if you can make 220k gp back in the time it takes to cook 40k fish, salmon will be your best bet.

And if you get the money and want to do swordfish befor e86 then cook on a range. I heard it reduces ur burn percent.

The Lumbridge Cook's range is the best one to use. It reduces your burn percentage.

BOW DOWN TO KING SPORK

^ what he said. you're going to need bulks of cash if you want fast exp. buying more lobs keeps you time away from selling and having to buy it again.

DO NOT do trout. Cooked trout sell at a rate of maybe 100 every two days if you're lucky.
