Hi everyone, I recently started playing rs again and was looking at what I could do.the fight caves came up and I decided I wanted to try it :mrgreen: . so i followed various guides and now im building my invy and my gear.Heres a pic of what i have so far:

 

 

 

 

 

 

What i'd like to know is:

 

 

 

1. what should i do with the empty space in my invy since im using karils?

 

 

 

2. How many bolt racks will I actually need?

Buy a verac helm if you can afford it.

 

 

 

Using a rune cross bow with a unholy book is far better than karils c'bow. It offers a 98 ranged bonus and diamond bolts (e) will cost about 1/3 of what bolt racks will per shot and hit more often and higher. You'll need about 1.5k of them. If you swicth to a c bow (which you should!) use a acumulator too.

 

 

 

In the empty inventory space take 100-200 purple sweets if you can afford it, another sara brew if you can't

 

 

 

Your prayer is very low so I would Recomend a god stole instead of glory.

are around 900k for 1.5k. 4 k bolt racks is around 600k so they are cheaper + i don't have enough

Sorry, dont really keep track of prices. But 4k bolt racks will cost you about 800k and diamond bolts (e) were just the best you could do. 2k adamant bolts or 2.5k mith bolts should be good enough.

 

 

 

If your short on money then a guthix book is good enough, the 5 prayer bonus will really help a lot. Keep the golry if you can't wear a stole. 100 purple sweets will cost you about 190k, they heal an average of 2 each and resotre 10% run.

 

 

 

Even with the best set up it'll still be hard for you to finish with just 70 range and 44 prayer. You should really consider getting those up a little at least.

In my opinion, get 60. Well worth it.

50 at least. Pretty much the highest that you can afford. It doesn't really take that long to train if you use d bones on a guilded altar. Maybe kill green dragons with range use your own bones on a guilded altar. Just kill 1000 of them and that should get you range up and prayer up a decent amount. sell the hides for money too.

Ok, I got 50 prayer : and im slowy raising my range when i can. I still cant decide what ammo to use :wall: .Is it possible to use some kind of bolt type for the low lvs like addy, then switch to diamond when you hit the high lvs? :?

Muggi's guide covers all of this I don't understand why you need to ask.

When I tried for a fire cape, I got pretty far... Like wave 45. I had 62 range and 49 prayer. I used up 150 moth bolts and about 100 emerald (e) bolts
