here it is.it says to slide the switch into the middle but it isnt working.it is also touch screen with 2gb memory.it also has a k on front.

Its going to be hard to help you if its a knockoff. Chances are nobody on tipit has that same player, so you are unlikely to get any specific help. Try reading the manual, or if it didn't come with one just let the battery die and then recharge it and see what happens.

you see them on ebay all the time, nockoffs of ipods.

Google the company name, and see if they have a website. If they do, and they have a customer support department, then send a query there, try to find out the solution to your problem, or find an address to mail it in to. If you still have the warranty, that's pretty important.

if you gte another look on the apple site, they have reconditioned ones that have been back to them for warranty for some reason and they have fixed them and tested them again. they are ment to be as good as new (if not better, because they get tested twice) and are alot cheaper.
