July 13, 200818 yr I got my dragon axe, I'm cutting at Barbarian Outpost but they're always crowded.. What're some other places to cut Willows fairly close to a bank? I've tried Draynor, Catherby, and Barbarian Outpost, any help? Well, if it helps at all, chopping teaks is as much as 10k exp/hr faster than chopping willows. July 13, 200818 yr there are willows in rimmington south east of there.. there isnt a bank if u wana store them but you could sell them at the general store there. hope this helps

With all the competition it is not very efficient to cut there any more. My relaxation method involves a bottle of lotion, beautiful women, and partial nudity. Yes I get massages.
