magic at bandos? not so bad after all?

Featured Replies

ok, im thinking that when going to a bandos mass, bringing ancient magick to it is a really good idea!

ok, think about it. once graandor spawns, you ice him with the lvl 82 magic spell. (forgot name, soz.)

then, once he's frozen, you start blooding him. you get health, and your mass rips him apart in about 10-20secs.

and ive seen magic at GWD, it hits him quite often.

best part is, he will target you if your fast enough. so he wont beable to hit you, and your team will be safe!

of course you will need a mage with good def incase the spell fails and he's hit by graandor.

but think about it... it may work?

how do you all feel about it? i think its a good idea.

If your mass is killing him that fast, it doesn't really matter if he's frozen or not. Be better off just tanking him normally.

A big problem with using ancients or Lunars at GWD is the fact that you can't teleport there, too. Trollhiem tele is the only thing even remotely close.

You could use the wildy agility shortcut. Really not far at all, just use BH to recharge all your stats and run energy (get there with games necklace) and run straight west. It's also better than trollheim teleport i hear because it leaves you with like 5% run energy and you can get to the rope with next to no damage.

Wildy shortcut is one-way, you can't get into Trollhiem using it.

Yup, it's Trollhiem -> Wildy only.

Makes it rather useless to be honest...

I've seen at least 3 aviansies guides that state you can go from wildy to trollheim... :wall: Oh well, didn't use that shortcut anyways

Leads from Trollheim into the wilderness, no path back.

You made me second guess myself, so I looked it up.

Yeah... that's, what, a 5 minute walk? I'd want a serious advantage for all that extra time getting there.
