whatisup618
1.) First off I need extensive help with slider puzzles. I used to have a friend do them for me but I dont want to keep on bothering him and I want to learn for myself  . So if anyone can give me tips other then one row at a time ( or maybe a video or some sort of guide). I'm usually good at puzzles but slider puzzles have never ever been my thing ever since I was little and got one in a Goodie bag at all my friends birthday parties. I know the order in which to do the rows but when im trying to get the row done I always has one that can fit in without moving one that already is in the row. It gets very very frustrating and makes just want to drop the clue. 2.) What should I train range on at lvl 73 range? Im currently doing slayer until I can get a slayer helm and most tasks that I get (Other then like Cave Horrors) I would like to use melee on for a faster all around task, so maybe you can suggest a task that is good for range xp ( Other then Dusties). It also does not have to be slayer related... I would probably prefer when that is not. After I get slayer helm I will be going for full void, only taking short breaks after I get a piece of the set. OK NEW QUESTION: I can get the first 3 rows down very easily thanks for the awesome tips. But now I cant get the 4 into the corner right and haven't even tired the last 6. So can one, please please please, give me some tips on those 2 parts? If you do I will be in your debt forever and will love you Proud Owner Of A Quest Cape As Of 4/29/

baileydafrog
i'll try my best to explain, start on top line, do the left 3, which will be easy, then put the 5th 1 where the 4th will be going, now work the 4th around till it's under where the 5th is, and just slide them both round, if that makes any sense, if not I'll try again later

kdog2fast
Range training with no profit would be hellhounds, experiments or yaks. For cash its dragons or pc.
baileydafrog
i used to find hellhounds good money, never lost money if did the clue scrolls when they dropped, made quite a bit, but TT's don't seen to have as good a % of worthwhile drops anymore, though charms annoy me at hellhounds, used to just kill 1 wearing ava's and then just move to the next, now gotta waste that whole few seconds picking up a gold charm (yes I'm lazy)

jakelegend0
Okay this may be extremely hard to understand but I will try. Anyways it sounds like you have the rows figured out and you should, their the easier bit. Anyways what I do usually for the 4 left ones is sort them out in sets of 2. Okay anyways What I do is try and connect top 2 pieces together, that is row 4 column 1 and 2 pieces. Note if you have connected them on the bottom row. Note that they have to be in reverse so when you switch them into the correct rows. However if you connected them to the top your fine. Once you connected them properly. What I do is shove them to the 1st column (far left). The piece that belongs to column row 4 column 2 should be on the top of the other connected one. Okay now just leave those 2 pieces in the left for now. Now try to grab the bottom row 5 column 1 and 2 pieces. Connect them together like you did with the 2 previous ones and make sure their going to be in correct order when you put them in the bottom row ( 1 before 2.) Now we connect the pair we just made and put them in the bottom row columns 2 and 3 so it connects to the back of the 1st pair we made that we pushed to the far left. If you haven't already now noticed. You have each of those tiles just 1 position away from their correct spot. Now. The empty white square will be just to the left of the last tile you moved. Bascially all you have to do here now is shuffle all the tiles clockwise once and wollah. You should have the 4 left squares done. Okay now for the last 6. These are really not that hard. Okay, we are going to set up another set of 2 this time. However this time what you do is. Actually put the row 4 column 3 tile in it's correct place. As for the one that belongs below it, row 5 column 3. Put that piece in the far bottom right corner. Once you have that done. You need to have the white square belong to row 4 column 4. That can be done either way by moving that piece down that is in that square currently or to the right however you got the row 5 column 3 piece to the bottom right. Now. move the row 4 column 3 tile to row 5 column 4 to put it alongside the other piece on in the bottom right. Okay those two pieces should be connected now. All we need to do now is shuffle them together clockwise until their both in the correct locations. Now theres 3 pieces (4 squares) left to deal with. But the magic within is. They are already in the correct order and only need to shuffle them. Hopefully that is understood. And for a tip. Always think about 5-6 moves ahead Too lazy to have a cool sig. So I therefore spam you with boring stat sigs
baileydafrog
i personally do 2 at a time, the 2 you want at the left you do first, put the bottom corner in the space above it, then shuffle the piece that goes there around untill its in the place to the right of it, then just move them both round, do the same for the next 2 and just turn the last 3 around and it'll work out so long as everything else is right

Hantoumei
If you can do the first 3 rows, then for the square of 4 and the rectangle of 6, i find it helps to think sideways. If you use the same stratagies that got you the last piece in for the first 3 rows, then just think of the slider puzzle being flipped a bit. You will generally have to mess up what you already have a bit, but i got a little lucky with puzzle placement and managed to complete one in 4 mins (terrorbird time). When in doubt, do things you haven't already done. Hope this helps!
