Look I'm sorry guys, but so many of you are just NOT pkers, there is no way you can understand. You defend bounty hunting as a minigame, I attack it as the wilderness replacement. It's never going to work if this post gets hit head on by a whole bunch on non pkers, you ideas, suggestions and arguements just do NOT cut it here.

 

 

 

Head over the the graveyard forums, find any oldschool pker. They're either gone, complaining or trying to cope with this wilderness we now call BH.

 

 

 

Please, if you don't pk, if you didn't conform to the honor system, just don't post. It's a waste of my time to argue against you ( and I will quite easily combantant every piece of support you have for BH compared to old days ). Leave this rant for the pkers, the people who this post was for.

Jagex are officially beyond retarted. At first I thought Pest Control was the biggest insult to us old timers, but Bounty Hunting has topped it off completly.

 

 

 

WTF were they thinking. This is why a game made by non gamers goes through so many flaws. Bounty Hunting has completely ruined the honor system we upheld, its beyond disgusting. Praying 1v1 in combat was unheard of in the old days, and pjing with friends ther exists more than ever.

 

 

 

So angry, Jagex are toppling downhill faster and faster, establishing Runescape more and more each day as a game for young children who haven't hit puberty. It's become mindless and disgraceful.

A game by non gamers? Right, not even going to touch on that. The only people who use the "honor system" in pking are the same idiotic children who are afraid of change brought in by the weekly updates and doomsayers like eatrunearrow here who spend their time complaining about every aspect of the game and how it's ruined, yet still play it.

 

 

 

young children who haven't hit puberty? As opposed to young children who have hit puberty? Is there a calling for that market? I don't know, it seems like a small focus group.

 

 

 

It's been 7, going on 8 months now. Either get over it or quit, but we've heard your half-assed complaints a thousand times over, and a lot of the other times, a lot more intelligently spoken to boot.

 

 

 

Can't leave this unanswered, and my repsonse will be from what this post is supposed to contain, a pkers viewpoint.

 

 

 

Idiotic children who made the honor system ... read my above post and re-consider. We were forced to create it, as if it had not been, 1v1 wilderness pking would NOT exist, I can tell you that much. You are not a pker, this is not the rant for you. I however, have made 7 pking videos totaling of about 100mil + gold. Every oponent I faced upheld the honor system and responded with "good fight" when it was all done. I was free to show my collections on the graveyard forums and talk with other fellow pkers. It was a good system, sure it was sketchy and there were problems, but due to the decision making from Jagex, there was no other alternative. The only thing that could set things right were the destruction of protect prayers or the re-incarnation of 3 round combat, and I'm quite sure the children community of Jagex would complain about those coming back.

 

 

 

Now, the only way you will get a kill besides being incredible lucky, is to trick people during bounty hunting, or go with a team to negate the protect prayers. No-one fights anymore, it's merely a mini-game bloodbath. It is not the wilderness, and any pker will be able to tell you that.

 

 

 

I am not going to waste my time aruging with people who just don't get it. Do NOT respond if you weren't here to compare the two properly. It won't work and we'll be here for days throwing the same points at each other over and over again.

Its not meant to be....

 

Its only designed to replace a portion of pvp combat, jagex said their moving away from kill/loot systems in game, such as the wilderness
