Is it possible to alch yew longs in free when my credit has finished? So i wont waste my member credit on alching for hours in the bank

Nope, i'm afraid it isn't.

Since they are a members item you can't do anything about them, or maybe you would get nothing from alcing them..

You'll be able to alch, just not the yew longs.

Alching member items in free to play was fixed a few weeks after crystal bows and shields came out, since you could alch them in f2p and make huge profits. Now it is impossible to do so.
