Do brimhaven till you can use wildy, then wildy till 65/70, then ape atoll. yea anywhere below 65 or 70 you will fall way to much at ape. and the thing with ape is that if you miss that last obsticle there is no lap bonus, that obsticle is just worth alot and if you miss it there is no way to go back and redo it as in the wildy course where you can just walk around and do it again. Even when you fail, u get the exp for doing the same thing you failed on, again. Lol. You can go through that lap 27 times in 20 minutes at 70+.
