I'd say mixture of both, dds for spec's and whip for regular training.

Oh sorry, I forgot to mention which is quicker for training strength?

Well I have a whip and it sucks for strength training. Just use a D Skimmy or if your DDS is the only option, then that.

Whip's still good for strength training - I've heard it's better in the length then dragon scimitar.

Dragon drops: 82 (2 claws)

Dagannoth kings drops: 73

Barrows item count: 51

GWD drops: 54 (5 hilts: 1x bandos, 3x saradomin, 1x zamorak)

Whips: 4

Sigils: 1x spectral (FFA), 1x arcane (FFA)
