Featured Replies

Ok. I know theres gonna be some supporters and alot of haters, but im gunna post this anyway.

Engineering

Introduction

Engineering in the real-world is the profession applying scientific knowdege and and natural resources. Imagine this with in the world of runescape. Applying magic knowlidge with natural resources found in runescape. For example. By using bars of whatever metal you prefer, you could use magic to engineer all sorts of devices including, but not limited to, guns, forms of transportation, extra construction abilitys, extra mining abilitys, extra smithing abilitys and much more.

Starting Engineering

To start you Engineering career, you will have to talk to a certain NPC. My idea would be dwarf located underneath the White Wolf Mountain. After doing an easy quest thourougly explaining Engineering and its rewards, you would get exp and lvl 5 Engineering. at lvl 5 you will be able to engineer a small bomb, which you can throw at an enemy if have enough(requires 15 range).

things you can do with Engineering

a possible list of things you can do with Engineering:

This list would be in the weaponry section of the guide/

level 5: Small bomb

level 7: 15 Small cannon balls(bronze).

level 13: Bronze dwarven rifle

level 15: Bronze dwarven sniper rifle

level 19: Medium sized bomb

level 26: 15 small cannon balls(iron).

level 31: Iron dwarven rifle

level 35: Iron dwarven sniper rifle

level 39: 15 small cannon balls(steel).

level 42: Steel dwarven rifle.

level 49: Steel dwarven sniper rifle.

level 60: Steel horse(mount).

level 63: Mithril dwarven rifle

level 67: Mithril dwarven sniper rifle

level 68: 15 small cannon balls(mithril).

level 71: Adamant dwarven rifle

level 76: Adamant dwarven sniper rifle

level 85: Adamant mining drill(increases mining time by 3x)

level 90: 15 small cannon balls(rune).

level 95: Rune dwarven rifle

level 99: Rune dwarven sniper rifle

Conclusion

Ok so im expectiong alot of suggestions for this so send all your ideas  this idea is still in its alpha stage so speak you mind here.

Cbow! Cbow!!!!! +120 range is orgasmic. Or maul, thats what I'd get out of those two options.

I agree with baconisbacon, Cbow looks freaking sensual

Runescape: Where strong weapons bring sexual pleasure.

The size of the e-peen0r is directly proportional to the rarity/power of one's equipment.

The idea is ok, however...i think Jagex said that they would never put guns in the game. At level 85 you got a drill that helps with mining, mabey make one for like level 15 called bronze mining drill and so on that helps with mining. Its a ok idea, but as i said i dont think Jagex will ever put guns in runescape.

As of now no support, but if you work on it a little more, might be a really good idea.

lol now that i think of it...it seems REALLY far-fetched

I can just picture some angry lil guy coming up on a war-train swearing with a machine gun turret \'

guns, sniper rifles... this isnt runescapes time. this will never be done and it would make other weapons be pointless...

nice idea i would support but like others said no guns and snipers?? wtf not in runescape but insted of bombs call them pipe bombs. basicaly gunpouder some bolt of clother and a metal pipe, perferably new kinds of metal only for makeing bombing pipes like there could be pirite. A metal that is light and lose can pack it with powder but not to much as it would break if you did and advance to more pipes...good idea....work on it u never know
