I went on a Bounty Hunter world and went to the Grand Exchange to stock up on some items before

 

heading to Bounty Hunter. I was in the Forsakenmage chat a few days earlier and heard that someone else had a BH skull over their head themselves, and the person said she would report it to Jagex.

The skull is above the person in the camo suit, encased in a red circle.

 

 

 

I'm thinking, how did this come about? I'm thinking of reporting it to Jagex as well, maybe they have some reports already besides the one from the girl in the Forsakenmage chat.

Apparently if you use the Lunar spell "Energy Transfer" (or something similar. It's the spell that drains your own hp to give some of it to people around you) with the BH skull people freak out and think it's "Falador Massacre" again.

It isn't reportable. A jagex mod posted on the forums saying it isn't a bug abuse as it doesn't benefit anybody. it is incredibly easy to do, but totally useless.

Saw someone with red skull at clan wars today.

A Jagex mod confirmed that it isnt reportable, you get no benefit out of it and it doesnt help you in any way. I know how it used to be done, but they fixed it and you have to keep the interface open to keep the skull, which means a lot of fast clicking.

this is a simple glitch to do while watching the video tutorial of bounty hunter. when watching the video, wait till you get to that part where it shows bh skulls over your head. when u get the red skull or brown, or gray, or green, or blue, then click on the ground, then press enter(to open the quick chat interface) and then rapidly click the question mark. then, when the video ends, u should get a skull on the top of ur head. i saw this on a youtube video, and i wanted to confirm this, so i tried it and it worked. but i dnt recommend doing it bcuz it can cause more glitches and would be glitch abuse. technically, doing it once is not a crime being that it is in fact just once. but when you do it more than once, possibly more than 3 times, it is abuse and u can get reported.

Actully, they fixed it. The skull appears for a few seconds...But dissapears fast.
