Which method to craft law runes?

Yes, I think Abyss would definitely be your best bet.

I've been Rcing laws for a while now, chopping and changing between Balloons and Abyss to see which is best, and I'm pretty much certain it's the Abyss now. I only have 64 Defence and I can cope with the Abyss fine so you shouldn't have any problems.

Little side note: Use Oo'glog spa pools if you can! Makes a huge difference. ::'

I preferred the balloons personally. Mainly because of a couple of details. In abyss, you get hit, and once in a while you have to eat a piece of food at the bank, which is annoying. Duel rings have 8 charges, and are cheap, vs 4 charges for glories, and cost more. I wore a charged glory all the time, so when my pouches would get damaged, I just teled to edgy and make a abyss run to fix it.

I also prefer balloons - same reasons.

But remember, there are no familiars when using balloons. I personally haven't RC'ed since summoning's release, so I'm not sure how big of a benefit the abyssal guys or terrorbird really are when RC'ing...

Familiars aren't allowed on Entrena though, so it's the same either way..

I still personally prefer the Abyss.

Low level food (tunas that are a by-product of swordies) are your new best friend. You have to access the bank 2x anyway when filling your pouches, so withdrawing the extra tuna is like 2 extra seconds...

I'm currently using all of the cooked trout from F2P fishing.

What I do, is before I withdraw all ess to fill my pouches, I withdraw one or two food, then ess.. Click out of my bank, eat, fill pouches, then fill my inventory with more ess.. It hardly slows you down, and is much better than balloons. (This only works for >75 RuneCrafting, because if you have a giant pouch, you will fill all of your pouches with one inventory, allowing no extra space for the food.)
