Enfeeble

im looking to get my mage lvl up by using enfeeble but im not sure where to do it,

 

 

 

so ye basically i need somewhere with lots of enemys who cant get to me

 

 

 

any ideas? :)

go to the first floor of the varrock castle. Under the stairs is a Zammy mage in a cage. He can't get at you, but you can enfeeble and curse him. I would recommend wearing your heaviest armor so that your spell fails. You get xp irregardless of whether your spell suceeds or fails. Repeatedly fail to enfeeble him and you can get some good xp. I would recommend upgrading to curse when your level gets higher and continue the same trick.
