pulli23
it will go up when coal is needed a lot (new quest 75 smithing) How do you know that? because that's just how economics work: if there is a surplus of something it will drop, if there's a lcak of something it will rise in price now if a new quest required 75 smithing a lot of people would train smithing: this makes coal in high demand so price rises.. Untill that time coal in "no" demand (who in his right mind trains a skill which never ever helps you.... unless you like to do it  ) and prices will keep dropping! First they came to fishingand I didn't speak out because I wasn't fishing Then they came to the yewsand I didn't speak out because I didn't cut yews Then they came for the oresand I didn't speak out because I didn't collect ores Then they came for meand there was no one left to speak out for me. max_miller20
It hasn't really gone down that much, it was 180-200 before the grand exchange came out, and a 10 gp drop in the past week is just normal market change. It's no were near as bad as mithril ore which has lost almost 2/3rds of it's value since the grand exchange came out. Does it really matter whether I was right? #-oThis is Tipit. There is nothing more important than being right. Common sense is nothing more than a deposit of prejudices laid down in the mind before you reach eighteen. sir_bubbabob
Coal temporarily increased in value with the release of Rocking Out. The demand for coal is no longer as great as it was a month ago.
