Its blocked out. The one in lummy, trieing to get to caves. I asked NPC's what happened and I cant find out how to get through. Im trieing to do Tears of Guthix quest.

You should find out what happened before you vandalize the castle anymore.

Try entering through the other side of the caves.

 

The entrance is in Lummy swamp, close to draynor (there's a candle seller next to it).

 

Bring a pickaxe to use on the tunnel from the other side to open it up, that might be the problem.

 

Don't forget to bring a spiny helmet by the way because of the wall beasts.

You have to mine it with a pickaxe from the other side initially. Wear a spiny helm. Don't forget to bring an oil lantern with you, since a candle can cause big explosions. You can use a mining helm as long as you run past the wall beast openings, or bring food to heal from them.

Yea just realized, Because before you could use the hole whenever. Around Early January I could.
