August 14, 200817 yr I'm currently level 45 in both mage and ranging and I'm going to try and get them to level 60 before i think about becoming a member. I have a certain amount of money but I don't want to spend too much. So I was wonder where do you think are the best places to train them both. And also with spell for mage (bear in mind I don't want to spend too much money) Thanks
August 14, 200817 yr Kill cows. Bronze arrows will do great and you will make a profit. For mage training, wait until you are a member and use Camelot teleport until level 55 and then alch some stuff to 60 (steel plates is what I did)
August 14, 200817 yr Author No im not going to become a member yet, and it would only be 500 extra fally teleports compared to camelot. And I think I can afford steel arrows quite easially. I've got 1050k, I just don't want to slip back below 1m. I'm going to have to but not that far under hopefully
August 14, 200817 yr Kill either the level 12 (I think) minotaurs or the level 27 ones. Theres a wall you can use for a safespot in the most south eastern room in SOS first level. OR a middle-ish room with the level 12s who are 10 hp and don't need to be safespotted. They drop iron arrows, so I recommend using iron. I did 20-40 attack, and 20-65 strength there and got over 70k iron arrows Come to #tip-it on Swift IRC, if you're cool

I did 20-40 attack, and 20-65 strength there and got over 70k iron arrows I also like the level 30 zombies on the second level. They are in a room with one flesh crawler. Everyone else wants to train on the flesh crawler, so you'll likely have the zombies to yourself. They drop a lot of steel arrows. I had about 65-70 defense when I trained range there (I think from like 40-50ish) and didn't need any food at all.

August 14, 200817 yr this lvls both kill hobgoblins at the crafting guild and telegrab laws limps and nature drops you actually break even if u use bronze arrows and just let them drop i did it from 50-60 on my pure (just got 60 bought 10min ago) i actually made some money 1100 total achieved 03/02/09 880thousandth to reach it :P1200 total achieved 29/09/11 1.23millionth to reach it :P

You have to wait a certain amount of time till the curse wears off so you have to find a safe spot for about 10 different monsters and also have to remember which ones to curse

August 14, 200817 yr i would say the minotaur in stronghold of security(vault of war), easy to kill and they drop steel arrows often. my old account got deleted when the new forum came so too bad.

You have to wait a certain amount of time till the curse wears off so you have to find a safe spot for about 10 different monsters and also have to remember which ones to curse your supposed to fail cursing failing and succeeding is the same exp wear full rune, no ammy, green vambs, sos boots,water staff and fail curse on a guard or rat watever
August 14, 200817 yr if u want it to be free just buy some arrows and a buy bow and go to fist of guthix runes are also supplied but it is not the quickest way
