High alch as much as you can. Only thing that is bad is GE limits.

My goals:
5M coins: 4350K+ coins 200k+ items - 2 dec
5M coins - 16 dec
I have gotten my 5M by christmas.

-bah this is only here for historical purposes now, I got 20m+ already

"fail, well atleast the title,i wont read it with that colours"

"If you hadn't posted in rainbow I would actually give this a proper read"

"Colours suck."

*I remove colours*

"Where did all the colors go!? This is now 40% more likely to be tl;dr'd due to the lack of colors."

Try bursting rock lobs, or if you don't want to go there...mummies, or for a bit of fun cwars. There's always the good old fashioned alching rune longbows if you want to be a bit more boring. There is always setting goals at mage arena eg. a mage book which will make you money also (aswell as that, you hardly notcie how fast mage exp flys by). Its really a matter of choice tbh.

My way of training is to buy lots and lots of supplies for dks, and go on a "dk trip spree" which will get me around 50k exp per trip, and the drops will pay for the casts of claws of guthix + charge making me hit 30's. This is fun and rewarding in both exp and money.

Hope I helped :D

P.S To buy yew longs, as you can only buy 100 at a time, go to the Yanile bank which is the player made alching and fletching guild. People sell yew longs, nats, and also alch there. I believe it is in world 129.

Yew Longbows are more commonly alched than Rune Longbows ;)

But I normally just do barrows to get some exp killing the brothers via slayer dart, and use the chaos runes at metal dragons.

Tons of fun and very rewarding.

Super heat mithril bars. It's about 55k mage xp an hour and depending on the current market you can easily get to 99 with 8m. Adamant bars will be cheaper but slow, as steel and iron bars will be faster but more expensive.

The advantage superheating has over Alching is that you can buy more supplies trough the GE than you would be able to for alching. Super heating has a faster animation than alching but you have to bank frequently. They generally average out to about the same cost though. You'll gain smithing xp too if you care about that at all.

Does it really matter whether I was right? #-o
This is Tipit. There is nothing more important than being right.

Common sense is nothing more than a deposit of prejudices laid down in the mind before you reach eighteen.
