pryomancer
Whenever I quote something, there is a gap between the next line and the quote. Example: I am a quote. I am the next line, however you can see there is a blank line above me. This is the code, what I see on the edit page.
I am a quote.
I am the next line, however you can see there is a blank line above me. It's nothing major, just I like to separate parts of my post to do with quotes, another to do with something else etc, and I think it looks a bit awkward. /ocd
InkofDeath
This is one of the main reasons quotes in signatures are annoying, they are spaced far apart from each other, even with a box around them. I don't see it being bad or anything, but if it is changed you'll have to hit enter after every quote.
D. V. Devnull
but if it is changed you'll have to hit enter after every quote. TBH, I wouldn't mind having to do that, especially since I do it by force of habit just to keep formatting straight. FWIW, PhpBB2 was much nicer in its' spacing for quotes. 8-) ....... BTW, I'm in the same bucket as pryomancer here. So yes, I support his idea. : ~Mr. D. V. Devnull and normally with a cool mind.(Warning: This user can be VERY confusing to some people... dsavi
Strange, I can't find any line breaks other than the one inserted by the user in the selection source. So I suppose it's something in the CSS, I think I'll have a look... Edit: Yeah, I think it's the bottom margin that's adding that extra space. D. V. Devnull
I can also add to this the extra space being dropped by hide tags. That's gonna need fixing. :( ~D. V. dsavi
Edit: I thought I had found a bug, but didn't. It's in a different situation.
