August 25, 200817 yr No clue if it's been posted. But I'm almost 100% sure all banks will be safe. Maybe shops too. (Not as sure on shops as I am on banks.)

August 25, 200817 yr Honestly, it's probably gonna be the interior of Lumbridge castle as well as inside all the banks. This might add up to a bit more than 1% of the space, but I doubt the 99 was meant so literal. Think it was just meant to say that an giganticly vast majority of the land would be PvP. August 25, 200817 yr The 1% safe area in my opinion will probably be Lumbridge, castle wars, duel arena, banks, teleport zones and shops. This will probably be over 1% but they may be many comprimises around the time. Can't wait to see how Jagex handles the situation around the time. Should be interesting. : Remadin. Random events will still probably occur within the safe area.
