Charms and Slay

What are good places for gold and crimson charms without losing too much money. (Example cockroach soldiers) Also are green charms decent at all?

 

 

 

I know some places but what do you use?

 

 

 

Also how good is slayer. I've done it for a while but haven't had great luck with crimsons. (Mostly gold and green)

 

 

 

Another thing: are most tasks good to melee or range?

Erm SLAYER! Is by far your best shot. But if you don't want to do slayer some kind of giant for gold or dust devils for crimson.

The higher slayer you get, the more crimsons you get. Nechs, abbies, ect.

 

 

 

But yeah, slayer or waterfiends are the only choices reccomended by me.

But when meleeing, ALWAYS use the Black Mask, it adds 15% Strength and Attack to monsters on your task, which is VERY helpful.

Melee, because of the black mask. I can't think of a task you'd be better off ranging off the top of my head.

Once you can, make a Slayer Helmet, [smoking Kills Quest Req.] it contains most of the "helmet" gear you'll need including black mask.
