Bugs and suggestions

I think there should be a different forum for bugs, and sugegstions...When your trying to find ideas, its irrating to see bugs (not saying BUGS are annoying, just not what i am looking for) and likewise when your looking for bugs. I dunno if other find this, just one of my pet-peeves.

Moving your topic from Website Discussion to Forum Discussion.

it's a lot easier to get over yourself when you look at intelligence the same way you look at beauty, or height, or eye color: being smart is easy, but being good is hard ... being smart is handed to you, being good is handed to *nobody*.

I cannot really see the point in this. All you are doing is saving about 3 seconds of your day in splitting the forums up so you know if you have a bug or suggestion.

My relaxation method involves a bottle of lotion, beautiful women, and partial nudity. Yes I get massages.

I think the point of having them together is because people usually offer suggestions for currently-existing bugs. I honestly don't care that much either way, but I do not think that splitting them is necessary. The forum isn't overflowing with activity, threads aren't getting lost, and it has been functioning fine for years.

While the intial idea definitely isn't needed (or wanted for that matter) ... How about having a policy of stating that tags on the front of the title, like "[bUG]" or "[iDEA]", is recommended to prevent confusion among other users? :-k

Call me crazy, but I think this would at least help. :)

Quite often you can tell a suggestion topic from a bug topic anyway simply by looking at the title. It isn't needed, it saves perhaps a few second or so for a user. :?

If you have Firefox, then you can download a program that allows you to see a preview of what the page is about. I'm sure it would save you plenty of time. If you want the link, Private Message me.

Here's a better idea... How about you post the link to where the add-on is on Mozilla AddOns (aka AMO) and let us all have a look? :-s

(You've been spell-checked, Ouchy_S. Please have the courtesy to properly spell other's names...)

That does look to be a good extension, long as you're not trying to preview any pages that result in Java/Shockwave Applets. I might grab it if I need it. But for now, I think I'll avoid accidentally trashing Free RAM during my sessions by accident. (Yeah, I have a propensity for being a RAM-hog. LOL  ...)
