Buy your supplies in GE. and then just go to Yanille in world 129 or 144.. I forget which is the Unofficial Fletching Guild. Cut and string the bows. Sell them to alchers looking to buy them and then repeat the process. You should come out with a profit. Apparently, my signature was to big.
