August 28, 200817 yr I've been down in Brine Rats, b/c of their decent drops, but thus far I've gotten squat. I get plenty of coin drops (each of 1-12 coins per), but the sharks that everyone mentions just aren't there. I've been here for about 90 minutes and understand the whole "cold streak" idea. Is it possible that my ring of wealth is "interfearing" with the drops, and "forcing" more coin drops over sharks?

August 28, 200817 yr I found rats good range exp with void (47-9k an hour) with 200k in drops easy. They are fine with the right set up and pretty decent exp. Wealth shouldn't interfere, probly just a cold streak. They aren't the best cash for sure but they are a decent mix of exp/cash they drop charms often (though mostly gold unfortunately) and are campable which makes them not that bad imo. They are fun to kill but there are definately better choices out there. I can't stand avs/green drags. August 28, 200817 yr The ring of wealth increases the chance that a rare drop will be of a higher value. Coins and common drops are completely unaffected. Basically, you have a slightly better chance of getting a dragon left half off of them over a half key, assuming that half keys are on their rare table.

No. They just make the chance to get a 'rare' drop bigger.
