September 3, 200817 yr I would recommend that Flesh Crawlers and possibly the Giant Spiders in the Stronghold of Security. They are both aggressive monster, so you do not have to click to attack them. My relaxation method involves a bottle of lotion, beautiful women, and partial nudity. Yes I get massages.

September 4, 200817 yr When I was at your level I killed white knights. The drops are decent enough, xp pretty good, food is available by killing chickens in courtyard and cooking on range and you are near bank. They are approximately half your own level which is the accepted by most people as the most efficient training method (apart from semi afk on spiders and flesh crawlers).
