September 4, 200817 yr There a a couple different examples of a "tanker". First there is a Godwars Dungeon tanker. S/he's the person who takes the brunt of the hits from the boss so the rest of the team can attack without eating constantly. The second type of tanker is a type of pker. Tank pkers would have high range and defence while staying at a low combat level because they had low strength and attack. There are a couple others, but it basically means that you usually have high defence and are taking the hits from something.

Crazy, cause getting 99 def with 1 atk and str would be insane. 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving. Jagex'd out of my untrimmed hp cape on 6/14/2011.
