I have just made a new account for laughs (with the coolest name ever by the way \) and I plan to get 40 def/10hp with it.

 

 

 

This will of course, give me the ability to wear rune armour at 13 combat.

 

So far I have: Used tutorial lamps on Defense, used exam lamps on Defense, and done both strongholds to net me 25k cash.

 

 

 

Any tips on how to get defense up without hp levels?

 

 

 

I know ranging target's works, but ranged levels might get up combat (a no-no)

Get a membership for a month or two and hunt penguins. Alternatively, start all over and train your defense initially up to 10 on the training dummies, then start training everything else.

Do What Lies Below, catch penguins and use penguin points on defense (from the new update)... don't know anything else :(.

I tried training dummies, they only train attack no matter what mode you use.

Don't have membership paid for it yet, but I will do it once I have a full plan to get 40 defense without any hitpoint experience.

 

 

 

Currently I have 14 defense (got 2 levels by fighting, 16 exp till hp level :ohnoes:)

You might want to start this out entirely on P2P.

 

 

 

I got a 10hp ID that has 30+ in all stats with the exception of Defense and Prayer.

 

 

 

It's all in the order of operations

 

1. Dummies (Varrock dummies first, then Burthorpe Dummies

 

 

 

2. 500xp, 1000xp, etc antique lamps (the lamps that give you a set number xp)

 

 

 

3. Quests & Achievement Diaries (Def. only quests?)

 

--edit: include digsite quest

 

 

 

4. Bronze PP Dagger (to kill enemies for quests without gaining so much hp)

 

 

 

5. Genie Lamps / Tomes of Knowledge / Penguins (a genie lamp doesn't do much if your stat is really low)

Have u tried mage? I Am a mage and my combat lvl NEVER goes up. y don't u try that?? oh and have u talked to the white knight under lumby? if u offer to kill the dragon he'll laugh and he'll give u 2 xp lamps. (250 xp ea) Not much but it helps.

If you train magic, your combat level will go up. Do you mean HP?
