Silvenas
Hey all, my combat stats are 73 attack, 76 strength, 71 defense, 43 prayer, 70 range and 56 magic. I'm wondering what i should kill for crimson charms, seeing as i don't think i have sufficient prayer for waterfiends. Equipment wise, I have full guthans, and about 1 mil in the bank. Your advice would be much appreciated (:
Grogthurk
I would do Greater Demons.
Silvenas
Thanks for the reply. How is their drop rate?
Grogthurk
They drop Crimsons more often than any other charm they drop, plus I was getting them between every 2-3 Greaters. It may have been a stroke of luck, but it seemed quite often enough

Inuashakent
Monster: Greater demon Amount: 944 Crimson: 402 Green: 47 Gold: 220 Blue: 8 A little more charms then I usually get... but those are my rates. [Summoning guide (AOW)] [Slayer guide] [Melee & Brawl player]
Silvenas
Wow, that's neat. How long did it take you to kill those 1000?
Inuashakent
Those are other people's drop rates. People can be idiots, so some may be off... Here is my (smaller, yet more reliable) drop rates. Amount - Crimsons, green, gold, blue 133- 31,8,6,1 154-36,4,13,3 So more around 1/5. The different me and you kill it is wayyy too different. Expect maybe 20 crimsons/hour. [Summoning guide (AOW)] [Slayer guide] [Melee & Brawl player]
dirk4slayer
When you're 65+ Slayer, do Dust Devils. Greater demons are also good, but at Dust devils you won't have to deal with those dogs. Chuck Norris doesn't ever need a compass; he randomly points somewhere and north goes there in order not to anger him.
Inuashakent
Personally I would just slay though. [Summoning guide (AOW)] [Slayer guide] [Melee & Brawl player]
dirk4slayer
Personally I would just slay though. Great idea to be honest, the extra charms aren't bad really ;) Chuck Norris doesn't ever need a compass; he randomly points somewhere and north goes there in order not to anger him. pinguimmaiden
I would get 60 prayer, which is very useful and you will be able to go waters...2nd best crimson droppers in game. 60 prayer will be costly but think how useful is it...i spent 4,5m 55-70 prayer and never regret about it, since its ownage piety
Silvenas
Thanks all for your answers. just one more question. Between 16-30 would it be better to use gold or crimson charms?
Inuashakent
My guide should have the answer to that, but gold. [Summoning guide (AOW)] [Slayer guide] [Melee & Brawl player]
