Craft with profit

Featured Replies

Hi!

This is a small guide for leveling crafting with profit in mind. Each inventory will create you around 1836 coins of PURE PROFIT so this method is quite nice way to level up your crafting abilities. This profit level comes with the suggested method but there are other ways to do it also.

Stage one:

Complete Summer's End quest.

Stage two:

Unlock the portal in Rogue's castle as instructed here:

Very weak and invisible; in the north of Rogues' Castle in level 53 Wilderness.

* Coordinates: 24° 18' N, 26° 33' E

* Gives 10,000 Thieving experience.

* The portal is located within the wall, but outside the castle. It is 3 steps east of the broom, or 3 steps west of the skeleton.

* This last portal allows players to lock the prison door in the Spirit Realm to unlock the doors in the real world and free the imprisoned rogue. When players talk to him, he advises them to meet him in Varrock, in the house behind the archery shop, where he will buy unenchanted jewelery for a modest price (see the Rogue jewelery shop article).

Stage three:

Buy gold bars, alot of them.

Stage four:

Make gold necklaces (20 exp each, purchase price 275 coins each at the bandit jewellery shop in varrock).

OR

Make gold braceletes (25 exp each, purchase price 245 coins each at the bandit jewellery shop in varrock).

Stage five:

Does this really work?

Yes it does, the bandit also buys the jewellery NOTED:

You can of course do this with other jewellery also but buying gold bars is faster than waiting for the gems. Also at this point most gems are allready risen above the profit marker so it's not worth it taking them to the bandit jeweller. Selling them in GE takes a long time so it's free to choose which one's you take to the bandit and which to GE.

Table of the prices at bandit jeweller:

At the time of making this post, emeral necklaces are still worth it, sapphire and gold are also.

Enjoy, this is now third cheap way to 99 crafting guide I've come up with and thought I'd share the latest with the RSC. This isn't such a fast method BUT ways to get it with profit have been ruined before and i expect the gold bar prices to go higher so getting them now might be a good idea.

This is great! Also, due to goldsmithing, I don't see gold bars rising.

Eh... Jemmed bracelets are by FAR more efficient than these. Maybe you should try those. Also, this could be good for f2p, although they can't trade it in and they have to ask a friend to do it for them.

as you can see, i have emeralds on me and making emerald necklaces at the moment seems like the best idea. It's good profit as after reducing the emerald price you still have 275 coins left for a gold bar which means you'll make more profit per amulet and more exp per crafted item. Necklace is 60 exp each which means that from 13 necklaces you get more exp per inventory compared to 27 gold necklaces.
