question about picture (not in graphically updated thread)

while i was waiting to log onto rs i took a screen shot of the front page the one with varrock i cropped the guy in varrock who sells the varrock times and fixed the picture up so it was just his body and nothing else can this picture still be posted as my own cause techniacally i got it well not in game but right before at log in screen the paper dude isnt a monster but it couldnt hurt if you had a updated pic of an npc

... its not a glitch im talking about i took a pic from rs log on screen editited it and made it ready to post on tip my question is even though its technically not in game its at the log in screen and was take by a player (me)

 

 

 

 

if your wondering why it looks kinda i dont wanna say good or somthing i was bored and i zoomed in by 800% on ms paint and colored the pixels so that you get only the person and nothing else this should help if we were ever to make a npc guide

Ok, so you're wondering if you want to post this and say you made it? Technically, not unless you asked Jagex, but in all honesty no one cares. It would be obvious it was from a screenshot anyway. So I guess go ahead and err use it? If that's what you're asking?

im going to try to say this as cleary as i can. tip it has a thing againts "taking pics from places such as kb or other runescape help sites" they perfer that people take the pictures themselves IN GAME. I took this picture from the log in screen and technically it is an in game pic because if it is considerered not ill remove the picture that is what im tyring to ask

Although Jaxonin1 is a little abusive, he does have a point (No offense, Jax'!). Using the correct punture will make it easier for people to help, and it will make them more likely to answer you. Reading something without any sentence structure will just make them think =; , and they will turn away.

As long as that NPC is somewhere on Tip.It, you are weclome to post a Graphical Update on him. If there is no information on him however, then you would not be able to post anything on him.
