Salve Ammy E and Tarns Lair.

I was just wondering if the mini game was hard, and what kind of armour/level req, will suffice, and should I make a few more regular salve ammy's so when I go to enchant them I can get them all done, I hear they are a pain to get back.

As for armor: i think you should just use rune armor with whip as Tarn is very easy to kill. It's only the way there that's hard. Cause there's lots of traps.

 

 

 

So i recommend this:

 

 

 

- Read guides about path to Tarn's boss room (read well)

 

- Get around 3-10 more "Crystal shard" (It's a pain but it's worth it)

 

- Be careful as you go to Tarn's lair.

 

 

 

And remember if you if u kill Tarn once, you can find his diary in your POH bookcase (Skill hall room) :)

Use a slayer ring teleport to Tarn's Lair, go through the door, watch the short cut scene and kill away.

 

80+ melees will decimate him, 70+ will also do just fine. Just bring a load of monks and a whip, anything else is overkill. You don't need to bring your salve amulet, you can enchant them later at the bank with the book you pick up.

Well i am curious if that's possible. I mean the whole way to Tarn is the challenge right? Why would Jagex remove that challenge (though its extremely annoying).

Regarding the slayer ring, is it as easy as buying one? Or do I have to complete the number of tasks needed to make 1.

I believe you can buy one using 75 points without having the knowledge to make them.

It was nerfed, you can't teleport until you finish Tarn lair's miniquest.

Ohh yes I did do the mini quest but never been to Tarn before so I was able to to kill Tarn and get the book when I teled there with my slayer ring. ;)
