Does farming pineapple tree's give you profit? What do you do with the pineapple's?

Pineapple seed cost 10kish, and a pineapple is about 85gp atm, that's alot of pineapples to even out, but if u you use the pineapples for supercompost then the profit for the compost would bbe about 800gp per bucket, but then again why sell the compost when you can use it.

Orange trees make the money back after 1 harvest as each basket (1 basket and a spare per harvest) sells for ~1.1k on the ge.

plus the orange seed costs <300 gp.

About the pineapples: they are not worth it for the pine apples, only for xp. But if you insist, I think you can sell super compost ( made from the pine apples) for a nice sum on the GE and get some of the money back.

 

 

 

As previously stated, farming fruit trees is mostly a way for quicker xp, real gp lie in the herb business. Seeds are quite cheap, and herbs sell for much! Don't forget My Arm's patch for your best herb seeds as you get a 5 herb+ guaranteed harvest if you use super compost.

Easily.

Then use the pineapples and also grow herbs, if you want to make profit (get the money from the pineapple seeds back). I need about 100 pineapple seeds for 7 farming levels, that isn't much in the long run(44k every 14.6 hours).

If you're summoning inclined, giant ents give you twice the yield (randomly) from all fruit trees. That means you can get anywhere between 8-12 fruit per tree (as the effect kicks in at least once).
