October 5, 200817 yr The way I saw it, bots helped the econemy by lowering prices on certain goods like Armor, Weapons, Food, Potions. And thats what the people needed was cheap goods.... For all we know Jagex is lowering everything to dirt-cheap and now RS has become a joke. Way to completely contradict yourself there. October 9, 200817 yr well, presumably, rs economy just might be making a comeback with seeing how: pvp is being reintroduced, theres no more autoers, and people can now actually make a decent amount of gp without the buyers complaining too much, or vice versa runescape is nothing more than, now get this: a game! just like ff 11, wow, guild wars, any of it its all a game, with rules and people who are trying to play the game and still abide by said rules but when you have people who dont want to follow the rules that have been laid down and try to go around it, THATS when the economy goes out of whack because theres nothing keeping the person getting through spamming items and selling them for mass profit but like i said, now that autoing and rwt are almost utterly banished, what could possibly be detrimental to the economy? October 9, 200817 yr The beauty of runescape I think is that you do not have to play it. I am thinking of moving to a different MMO myself, as the random events interrupt my gaming enough for me to just say [bleep] this. Runescape has gone downhill lately, there is no denying it. But even though I hate the new updates I can see why they were put in. Besides, jagex is trying to help, what with the new pvp update tc, despite never listening to its customers.
