Stewing for levels

How difficult is it to get a +6 bonus with the spicy stew? How many stews does it typically take to hit the magic number of +6? Is it worth the time and effort, or should I try to level normally, rather then as a one shot.

apparently it is very rare and will take any attempts...depends on how lucky you are really...can get it in you first try or not in 100 trys >.> maybe you can try leveling 2-3 levels and then using the stew that way the chance of you achieving your desired level will be increased

Well stew ALWAYS counts from your base level and as said it is very random

 

 

 

Each spice relates to 5 or 6 skills. So a stew with 3 of that spice has simple hundreds if not thousands of results it can produce very few of which will be the +6 in the skill you want.

 

 

 

And even if you say get +4 on it the next stew you have could only give +2 which wuld put you bk down 2 levels.

 

 

 

I'd only use stew as a last resort and when you only need 3 or 4 boost

Don't expect anything with the Stew, as Paw said you're not always going to get the full +6 boost.

 

I've tried getting the +6 boost myself and never gotten the full 6, they usually end in my lowering my stats somehow. :|

yeah the stew boosts can go + or -

 

 

 

so 3 brown spice can raise or lower all the brown spice skills by 6

 

 

 

Hence the many outcomes.

 

 

 

A full power stew gives a range of 12 levels for what it can do to each stat and stews strongly prefer giving big boosts to the negative side
