I don't know if this is against the rules but, Can anyone provide a link to photoshop CS3 brush downloads?

I don't have Photo Shop, so I don't know about any Brush Plugins, but I would suggest you look through Deviant Art, and Google it as well.

 

 

 

Also, this should really be in the Resizing and Questions sticky, which a Moderator can hopefully merge this thread into.
