what's the best way to reach lvl 57 herblore? Im 33 atm and willing to spend not to much money (max 1,5m)...

Make energy potions or something to 38, then make prayer potions 38-57.

If you are only doing it so you can do fairy tale part 2 for the rings you can get to the part to use the rings and not have 57 herb. Just start the quest. Other then that just collect herbs while you train slayer, you will have 57 in no time.
