michel555555
for herblore pray pots are most cost effiecient if not xp wise not sure about craft buy i hear green and blue d bodies are good and for smith most cost effective would b making cannon balls but takes longest for best xp make plate bodies [spoiler=click you know you wanna]Me behave? Seriously? As a child I saw Tarzan almost naked, Cinderella arrived home from a party after midnight, Pinocchio told lies, Aladin was a thief, Batman drove over 200 miles an hour, Snow White lived in a house with seven men, Popeye smoked a pipe and had tattoos, Pac man ran around to digital music while eating pills that enhanced his performance, and Shaggy and Scooby were mystery solving hippies who always had the munchies. The fault is not mine! if you had this childhood and loved it put this in your signature!
RayOxide
Crafting: Green dhide bodies, costly, but speedy. 100 Battlestaves from the G.E per day, and as many as you can from Zaff. + Air orbs = air battlestave, alch. If no air orbs come in, buy molten glass and others to blow into unpowered (craft xp) and make into air orbs (mage xp) Herb: Sentry Wolf's herb guide might help more than us H&A'ers. Sentrys Herb Guide and maybe the "ultimate guide to herblore" Smithing: Until 73 you could always do mithril bolts, least gp lost via smithing; quite fast, OR cannonballs, slow but money, or, ofcourse, steel or mith bars, (then smith/cannonballs), at 73 possibly adamant bolts. Seem to be very good. Hope I've helped ;) I dont need a siggy no moar.
Troacctid
"Cost efficient" is measured in part by your income. For example, if you can make 800k gp/hr, it's going to be more cost-efficient to go with a faster powertraining method, because the time you save by spending extra money is more than the time it would take you to make back that money. But that isn't going to be true if you can only make 170k gp/hr. So it is a subjective thing. We gotta know your income to give you a good answer.
