How can I remove people's voices from a movie? I know I once did it so only the music and sounds were present, but I forgot... October 16, 200817 yr Does it have 2 audio streams? If so download virtualdubmod, select streams, go to stream lists and then de-select the one you want to get rid of. October 16, 200817 yr Yep, the soundtrack would probably be better since there is usually noise other than just talking over a song, and also they don't normally put the whole song in the movie.

October 16, 200817 yr Author Well, the songs aren't hard to get, but the MIX sure is. It's not like I couldnt mix it together, but then it sounds nothing like it. In the original mix, there are other sounds included that make the song all epic and good ... :) And I already googled it like 1465464 times and there's no trace of it. :(( ^ my book :^_^: I don't play anymore, but I'm grateful I played through the best RS times!
October 16, 200817 yr There's software that removes voices from a song for karaoke purposes. Windows Vista even has it built in. Never used it before though, so I don't know how well they work.

October 18, 200817 yr Removing vocals from song requires a stereo song that has two tracks, It can get pretty complicated if you don't know what your doing. I've never personally done it but now I have Logic Express 8 (mac only) so I might give it a try.
